What Mentra processes

We process account details, organisation and brand information, website addresses, monitored prompts, monitoring results, provider usage data and billing information required to provide the service.

How monitoring works

Mentra sends the prompts selected by an organisation to configured AI providers and stores their returned answers, extracted mentions, citations and metrics. We do not access other people’s private AI chats.

Website and traffic data

When a website analysis is run, Mentra reads publicly available pages and technical files such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt. If you choose to connect server logs or a Cloudflare Worker, we process crawler and referral events sent from your own website.

Sharing and security

We use infrastructure and service providers needed to operate Mentra, including hosting, authentication, email delivery and AI providers. Access to organisation data is restricted to authorised users and platform administrators where operational support is required.
