The service

Mentra provides AI visibility monitoring, website-readiness analysis, competitive intelligence and related recommendations. Results are analytical observations based on available provider responses, not a guarantee of ranking, recommendation or commercial outcome.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts, brand information, domains and integrations you add to your workspace. You must not use Mentra to access systems or data you do not have permission to use.

Plans and payment

Starter and Brand plans include usage limits and monthly AI credits. Current payment is by invoice and bank transfer. Access is activated once payment is confirmed. Card payments are not currently offered.

AI providers and availability

Provider answers, search results, latency and availability are controlled by their respective providers. Mentra records failures separately and excludes failed or demo responses from real performance metrics.
